Dylan Wang
More than 20 years of China Mainland and Global M&A and equity investment experience, spanning over the United States, Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia. In-depth understanding on the policy of domestic and foreign capital markets, have extensive experience in identifying and avoiding investment risks, and have extensive network resources in related industries.
In-depth knowledge in investment in the sectors of metal&mining, Smart Facility, Environmental protection, green energy, agro-product and pulp&paper.
Successfully led a number of equity investment projects.
Mauricio Isola
Senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in the Risk Management, Business Development and Finance, he has worked in the main multinationals in the market, serving clients and developing large projects for several industries. Standout in the technology and financial lines, he developed pioneering solutions with great impact for society focused on mobility market and logistics chain.
He was responsible for creating the insurance arm of a Multinational listed in the Nasdaq -managing extremely complex contracts.
With a background based on Business Administration and Finance (Degree PUC-SP & MBA FIA), Mauricio has a relevant international experience, with fluency in several languages, a black belt in BJJ(brazilian jiu jitsu) and in addition he is a very experienced skydiver.
Pedro Margon
Experienced professional with over 15 years of involvement with Finance, Controlling, Strategic Planning, Corporate Governance and Market Intelligence in industries such as Payments, Agribusiness, Technology, and Insurance. Successfully led several corporate transformation projects in important companies.
He has served as a board member of large Brazilian companies for over 3 years, served as CFO of a start-up owned by one of Brazil's largest private banks and, acting as a senior advisor, led a turnaround of a payment’s corporation in the US.
He holds a degree in Agronomy, an Executive MBA from Insper and a Masters in Sociology from the University of Bristol - UK.
Roberto Filho
Innovator executive with background from the Barro Branco Military Police Academy. Former Patrol Force Commander in the West Region of São Paulo, where he developed several works in the social area with the aim of rebuilding the institutional image in the region.
He carries out several studies in the area of Human Behavior, Neurolinguistic Programming, Applied Resilience, Innovation, Politics, International Relations, International Innovation Ecosystems, Strategic Scenario Analysis, Political and Military Strategy, Importance of Data in the World and Artificial Intelligence.
Former Head of Public Relations of the Military Police in the State of São Paulo, in the Traffic Police Command and in the General Command. The first brazilian military police graduated from IESE Business School.
